If you have the following problem, you need to setup the Internet options

Step1 : Click “Tool” => “Internet Options” => “Security” => “Custom Level”.

Step2 : Then, please click ”Custom Level” and set the parameters as follows:

Step3 : Click “Tool” => “Internet Options” => “Security” => “Trusted sites”
Then, please select ”Trusted sites” and click the button “Sites”:

Step4 : Then Add the IP address to the trusted web sites(remove the item: require server verification https): and click “ok”
